Is Zula Casino Legit? Our Review from Missouri (2026)

Zula Casino is a social casino with sweepstakes elements operated by SCPS LLC, with a business address at 1201 North Market Street, Suite 111, Wilmington, DE 19801.

The coin model

Zula uses Gold Coins for free play and Sweeps Coins as the promotional currency that can become eligible for prizes. The rules state directly that Sweeps Coins are never sold. They are only obtainable as a free bonus included with eligible Gold Coin packages, as a daily login bonus when your Sweeps balance falls below a threshold, as an occasional mystery bonus, as a sign-up reward, for linking a Facebook account, for verifying a phone number, through referrals, or through the free mail-in route. Not every Gold Coin package includes bonus Sweeps Coins, so the package terms are worth reading.

The mail-in method credits Sweeps Coins per approved request. You generate a one-time Mail Code in your account and send a legible handwritten request in a stamped number ten envelope, mailed from the state registered on your account, with one request per envelope. Typed or autopen requests are rejected, and identity verification must be completed before the credit becomes redeemable.

The welcome offer

Zula publishes a full breakdown of its welcome package, which is unusually transparent for the category. Every component is a no-purchase action: initial registration, phone verification, email consent, SMS consent, the daily login, and linking Facebook and Google each add coins. See the current offer for amounts.

The practical read is that the headline number is real and free, but reaching it means verifying your phone and opting into both email and SMS marketing. Registering alone gets you only the first part of it.

Games and providers

Zula lists a large catalog of casino-style games and carries a very broad studio roster. That includes Hacksaw, Relax, Evoplay, Playson, 3 Oaks, JILI, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Kalamba, Spadegaming, Fantasma, Peter and Sons and AvatarUX, plus in-house titles. Beyond slots the lobby covers fish games, crash and card and table titles. The operator's about page describes the library as expanding daily and does not name a founding year.

Redemption

Sweeps Coins won through eligible gameplay redeem at a stated rate of 100 SC to $100 USD, paid in USD. The published minimum is set per day (see the At a Glance table), and the operator reserves the right to process only one redemption request per account in any 24-hour period. Sweeps Coins must be played through before becoming eligible, with the operator reserving the right to apply higher requirements to specific bonuses or games.

On timing, Zula commits only to processing requests in the order received and as soon as practicable. No specific turnaround is published. The rules also note that identity verification can delay payment, that the operator may require you to redeem back to the same payment type used to buy Gold Coins, and that it is the player's responsibility to confirm their bank will accept the payment.

Mobile and support

Zula runs in the browser with no download required, and the about page states games are playable on mobile. Customer service is advertised as 24/7, with support reachable at support@zulacasino.com.

Worth noting

Zula and Yay Casino appear to be sister brands. They share the same platform architecture, near-identical sweepstakes rules including the same mail-in credit and daily redemption minimum, a heavily overlapping provider roster, and Zula runs a cross-brand free-spins promotion. Their operating companies are different, and their specifications are not identical.

The full Zula Casino Missouri review

Three Missouri reviewers tested Zula Casino between September 25 and September 28, 2026, and scored it 8.3, well above its national 7.5 across 11 tests in seven states. Their scores were 10, 8 and 7. The headline is the free start. New accounts receive 120,000 Gold Coins and 10 Sweepstakes Coins, one of the largest no-purchase offers our Missouri testers have seen. Usability scored 8.7 and account creation 9.0. The one weak score was coin purchases, at 5.0. None of the three reached a redemption, so this is a first look at the welcome and the lobby.

Free coins at every step

One Missouri tester described how Zula hooks you early. They collected bonuses for verifying their email, verifying their phone number, agreeing to receive messages and two separate daily bonuses. By the time they thought about buying anything, they already held about 10 SC in free coins. Another tester called the signup bonuses very generous. None of the three Missouri tests involved an ID check.

In our testing a 10 SC start is enough to try a good range of games for prizes before deciding whether Zula is worth any money at all.

A bright, simple lobby

Testers liked the design. One said Zula keeps things bright, simple and focused on the games, and that the clean lobby made finding something to play effortless. Another praised some of the best graphics they had seen and won steadily on the slots with Gold Coins. Zula is slot-heavy, with popular studios and familiar titles, so one tester noted the selection holds few surprises. Game range scored 7.3 and game quality 8.3. All three testers played on the website.

The weak spot: buying coins

Coin purchases scored 5.0, the lowest Missouri mark, and the tester with the most detailed notes found their session turned less positive once they moved past the free coins. Redemption ease scored 6.0 from the one tester who rated it, but no Missouri test completed a payout. We will update this review once one does.

Who runs it

Zula's sweepstakes promotions are operated by SCPS LLC of Dover, Delaware, according to its homepage. The operator excludes 15 states. Missouri is not among them.

Missouri scorecard

Our verdict for Missouri players

Zula gives Missouri players one of the biggest free starts available and a lobby that is easy to enjoy. We recommend it to Missouri players who want to play generously for free and are in no hurry to buy coins. Until a Missouri tester has redeemed, treat it as a free-play account. McLuck scored 8.2 across 10 Missouri tests and has the longer redemption record.
